Very one sided. Sen. Pipkin has invested lots of money in controlling Cecil County. He fought Charter Governmsnt and LOST. He funded the Fiscal Conservative Team and WON. He has history with Congressman Harris and LOST. His puppet Cecil County Central Committee Chairman Chris Zeauskas went before the MD GOP Convention and LIED about the Resolution attacking Tari Moore.
