This could get fun!

Check out this little nugget regarding the Kevin Clark lawsuit:

Gov. Martin O'Malley, who fired former Baltimore police commissioner Kevin Clark when the governor was Baltimore mayor, will be deposed as part of a court battle to return the police chief to office, Mr. Clark's attorneys said.
Which means that, theoretically, anything connected to the Governor's failed years as Mayor of Baltimore could be on the table in the deposition.

One can only wonder exactly what questions Clark's team of lawyers may cook up to ask O'Malley while he is under oath. Because for better or for worse, nothing may be out of bounds...

This could be worth a vacation day to sit in on this case.

Owe'Malley is like Hillary Clinton, coated in political teflon, nothing sticks to it. The state is interwoven everywhere with the corruption of one party politic liberalism.

I know one of the contentions in the Clark lawsuit was O'Malley's knowledge of, or involvement in anything dealing with MD4BUSH and whether the Mayor was unfaithful to his wife (this was never proven and the current Governor has denied it in a press conference).

I can't wait to see o'malley squirm and sweat. Hopefully his deposition will be sufficient cause to reopen Kevin Clark's prior investigation of marty's corrupt Baltimore City government. Supposedly there is a city owned computer with five hard drives of potentially incriminating information. We'll see. I wonder if I can wear my OMW t-shirt to the deposition.

If we are lucky, this might lead to improper conduct while in office charge. The way things are going for the dems right now….. If it can’t lead to impeachment, then maybe enough damage can be done so that his political career will be over and we can all take the locks off of our wallets and sleep a little better at night.
